All Masters Club Members are eligible for free shipping on Eligible Purchases regardless of the transaction amount, as long as the purchase is shipped within Canada or the United States. The Royal Canadian Mint, at its sole discretion, will determine the mode of free delivery offered depending on a number of factors including, but not limited to, size and value of the product and the shipping destination.

This benefit is offered to all Masters Club Members and Eligible Customers. We will send a monthly e-mail containing exclusive Masters Club content and information about our latest activities.

This benefit is offered to all Masters Club Members. To enjoy this (optional) benefit, Members must add their birthday (month and day) to their online account profile. During a Member's birthday month, the Member will be eligible for a Birthday gift in the form of points that will be added to the Member's account.

For Members who have added their birthday to their online account profile, an email notification, app notification, and/or message in their Masters Club Member's profile, will be sent when birthday points have been added to their account.

Once a Member has added their birthday month and day to their account it may not be changed, except with prior approval of the Royal Canadian Mint, in its sole discretion (for example, due to errors). We reserve the right to request proof of a Member's birthday. Unless approved, changing the birthday associated with a Masters Club Member account will be deemed a violation of the Masters Club Terms and Conditions and may result in the cancellation of the Masters Club Member account.

Please Note: A member's birthday information will only be used for the birthday promotion purposes.

The annual collection book showcases the Royal Canadian Mint coins and products offered during a Program Year. Depending on membership level, Masters Club Members have the option to purchase one copy of the book as outlined in the table below. Some membership levels are offered one copy of the book at no cost. All members may purchase additional copies of the book at full price.

Each Program Year, we will notify Members and provide details on: (a) purchase price of the book, (b) deadline for pre-ordering, and (c) any other important information relevant to this benefit.

Eligible Members in specific levels will have the opportunity to order select products before they are made available to the general public. Eligible Members will be notified by email or through their premium account representative with advance ordering details (as per the table below). Products that are available for advance ordering are chosen by the RCM in its sole discretion.

Please Note: Some launches may not follow the schedule referred in the table above.

This benefit is offered to Gold, Platinum, Prestige, Diamond and Diamond Elite levels. Each Program Year we may host or participate in, in-person events and sales events across Canada and the United States.

Please Note: Members will be responsible to cover their expenses to attend the events, including any travel or accommodation costs. This benefit is subject to travel, public gathering, and other restrictions that may be imposed by the Royal Canadian Mint or third parties, including public health authorities. We reserve the right to not offer this benefit at all, or to cancel or postpone events at its discretion.

This benefit is offered to Gold, Platinum, Prestige, Diamond and Diamond Elite levels. During the virtual events, Members may get a behind-the-scenes look, experience the stories behind the coins and interact with our team members.

This benefit offers Gold, Platinum, Prestige, Diamond and Diamond Elite levels priority access to a customer service representative when calling from the phone line on a Member's account.

This benefit is offered to Platinum, Prestige, Diamond and Diamond Elite levels. We certify all of our collector coins and will make and offer low serialized certificate of authenticity numbers of select coins available for eligible members to purchase. The launch of these select products would follow the early access process. The coins for which this benefit is available, as well as the number of available low certificate of authenticity numbers offered to Members will be at sole discretion of the Royal Canadian Mint.

This benefit is offered to Gold, Platinum, Prestige, Diamond and Diamond Elite levels. During every Program Year we will produce special low mintage Masters Club Loyalty coins available only for Masters Club Members to purchase. We will notify Members when these products become available.

This benefit is offered to Prestige, Diamond and Diamonds Elite levels. Members will have access to a personal advisor with direct phone and email access.

This benefit is offered to Diamond and Diamond Elite levels. Members of these levels who maintain their status in a Program Year will receive a commemorative gift (which will be selected at the sole discretion of the Royal Canadian Mint) to add to their collection for their continued loyalty.

This benefit is offered to the Diamond Elite level and will aim to create memorable and unique tailored experiences.

Tours through our facilities' high security area will be available to the Diamond Elite level upon request.
