
Travel and Hospitality Expenses
Proactive Disclosure
As of April 1, 2017, the rules and principles governing travel and hospitality expenses at the Mint are consistent with Treasury Board guidelines, including the Directive on Travel, Hospitality, Conference and Event Expenditures.
As of June 1, 2019, expenses will be disclosed monthly, in accordance with Bill C-58 and amendments to the Access to Information Act and Privacy Act. Prior to the amended Act, expenses were disclosed on a quarterly basis. Please note that information that would normally be withheld under the Access to Information Act or the Privacy Act does not appear on this website.
The following proactive disclosures provide information on travel and hospitality expenses incurred at the Royal Canadian Mint, prior to January 1, 2025.
As of January 1, 2025, in accordance with the Access to Information Act, travel and hospitality expenses of the Royal Canadian Mint’s leadership team and board members, will now be published on the Government of Canada’s portal - Open Government: Proactive Disclosure.
